Terms and Conditions

Booking:

All persons making a reservation with Pine Sky must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the initial enquiry and accept responsibility for making all payments due.

Booking enquiries may be made through both email and WhatsApp messages. Alternatively, enquiries can be made over the telephone. Any enquiries made over telephone calls will be summarized into an email. FOR SECURITY PURPOSES, ANY AND ALL PAYMENT INFORMATION TRANSACTED WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL.

Pine Sky reserves the right to cancel any reservation for any reason before full payment has been made.

Payment:

To confirm the reservation of a tent or campsite, a deposit of 30% of the total cost must be paid upon booking.

Full payment must be received by Pine Sky a minimum of 30 days prior to the start date of the stay.

The remaining value must be paid a minimum of 30 days prior to the start date of the stay. Failure to make the payment in full by this date may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 45 days fully refundable.

For cancellations between 45 – 31 days prior to arrival, 70% refund.

For cancellations between 30 – 4 days prior to arrival, 50% refund.

For cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival no refund.

Liability:

Pine Sky reserves the right to make changes to its offerings (including prices, special offers, and discounts) at any time and without notice, up to the point of booking confirmation.

Upon the confirmation of a booking, the customer agrees to uphold and accept all agreed-upon terms and conditions laid out in this agreement.

Insurance:

It is mandatory that ALL guests of ANY Pine Sky campsites are protected with their own travel insurance. Pine Sky accepts NO responsibility to account for the financial fees, charges, or fines that may be incurred by a guest during a stay.

Behaviour:

Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disrespectful towards or relative to Pine Sky or its partners will not be tolerated.

Damages to Property:

Any accidental damage to property or possessions of another person or persons will be the liability of the person or persons committing the damage.

Tours and Activities:

All activities provided by Pine Sky have a minimum capacity requisite. If the minimum capacity of an activity is not met then Pine Sky reserves the right to cancel the activity. Any activities cancelled due to not meeting capacity requisites will be refunded in-full.

Marketing:

Pine Sky reserves the right to collect forms of media while conducting its activities. Forms of media are considered as photographs, videos, audio recordings, paintings or drawings.

Coronavirus:

Pine Sky heavily advises ALL customers to purchase travel insurance that covers circumstances related to the Coronavirus pandemic.
